Becoming a Retail Partner with Brownstone allows you to purchase candles wholesale to resale in your store. Retail partners receive an online log in where they are able to purchase available wholesale packs for quick delivery and pre-order upcoming candles to be released throughout the year.

Frequently asked questions

Due to our small batch production, each month allocate a limited amount of candles to make available for our retail partners. Based on availability, new retailers may be placed on a waitlist until more product becomes available.

Regardless, a representative from Brownstone will usually contact you within a week about becoming a Retail Partner and give you an estimate on when Brownstone Candles can be available to you. 

Yes. We have a new ordering system to fulfill, track, and distribute orders. Clients on our old system who may not have ordered in a while will need to reach out again to add their names and updated information to our waitlist. 

Retailers can purchase any scents from Kentucky’s Treasures Collection wholesale for their store. 

Any scents from the Welcome Home and Magna Memoriae Collections are available for customization, where retailers can add their logo or custom message to the top of our Brownstone Packaging. 

Our signature scents of Welcome Home and Vanilla Bourbon are available for private labeling to our retail partners. 

A minimum order of $1,000 is required to open a new retail account. After approval and your first, retail partners may re-order candles by the case.

When you log into your account, you can see candles currently available in your allocation and candles available for pre-order. 

Candles that are currently available to you usually ship within 2 business days. 

Candles that are purchased as a pre-order are shipped the day they become available (listed before you checkout). 

Custom candles are typically available to ship within 5 business days. 

Private label candles can typically be available to ship within a month of ordering but vary depending on order time and current production schedule. 

Yes! You can add your company logo easily to the top of our Welcome Home, Manga Memoriae, and Holiday Candles, or create your line of Private Label Candles with our signature Welcome Home and Vanilla Bourbon fragrances. 

Once approved, you’ll be given a login for your account. Once you’re logged in, you can re-order and pre-order Brownstone Candles as you please!
